Pop-Up Messages
Pop-Up messages within the Information Display inform the operator of a pending or immediate machine condition. These messages are abbreviated to relate
the machine condition while the machine is in operation. The messages are restricted to a dedicated area of the Display to minimize conflicts with
productivity and safety information.
The Pop-up message box is formatted to provide required information in a condensed, understandable condition. Pop-up messages are used for various
information conditions and severities described in the following sections.

The Display case warning indicators can be seen in the bounded white box on the left-hand side of the graphic.
(1) Top Warning Indicator
(2) Bottom Warning Indicator
The display case will feature two indicators on the left side of the display case. These indicators warn the operator of the following condition:
Level 2 Amber - Alerts the operator of an out of range condition and that the operator should change machine operation or perform maintenance to the
system. Failure to correct the problem that caused this warning may result in damage to the involved components or the involved system of the
machine. The action alarm may also pulse ON and OFF when this indicator is on to indicate a level 2S warning.
Level 3 Red - Alerts the operator of a failure or of a potential safety condition that requires an immediate safe shutdown of the machine. The problem
that caused the event must be corrected before machine operation can resume. The action alarm will pulse ON and OFF when this indicator is on.
The 2 LED warning indicators Are on the left side of the display case located in the bounded box. Refer to Illustration 1.

(2) Fault code
(3) Fault Warning message
(4) Page index arrow
(5) Page counter
Warning message banners provide non-safety-critical information to the operator. The text within the messages will appear in complete words, allowing for
greater understanding and better translation into different languages.
A fault code (2) appears in the lower left corner of the warning message banner below the alert reminder (1). Service fault codes alert the operator or a
technician that an abnormal operating condition exists in one of the machine systems.
If multiple warning messages are active, a page index arrow (4) will appear. If any warnings are active, the warning messages do not pop up in the display.
The numbers above the arrow is a Page counter (5) showing the index of the currently displayed pop-up messages.
If the page index arrow (4) on the warning banner is not available, press the midsection of the banner. The diagnostic/events list screen will appear. If there are
more than one active fault codes, press the page index arrow. The diagnostic/events lists will appear showing the active warnings.
Page Counter (5) numbers are shown above the page index arrow (4). There are two numbers. The first number is an index of the currently displayed warning
pop-up messages. The second number shown is the total number of active and unsnoozed warnings. For example, "2/3" means that the operator is viewing
page 1 out of 3 total pages.
If 5 seconds elapses since the page index arrow was pressed, the display automatically pages through active (unsnoozed) level 2 warnings. Level 2 warnings
will be viewed provided no level 1 or level 3 warnings are active.
If the warning is either level 1 or level 2, press the mid-section of the pop-up fault warning message banner to reduce or snooze the message.
Note: A level 3 (red banner) warning message will not reduce or snooze.
Touching the pop-up fault warning message banner will reduce the banner to show the Alert reminder (1). Only the color of the warning and the warning icon
is visible. Touching the banner again reverts the banner back to regular size.

The last warning message suppressed raises the Alert reminder (1). This symbol appears in the upper right-hand corner of the information banner. The alert
reminder remains until the warnings become inactive. The operator may enable the snooze function for level 1 warnings (gray banner) and level 2 warnings
(yellow banner).
Note: Information pop-ups will not display if any warnings are active and not in the snoozed mode.
Note: Level 2 faults (warning/yellow) and level 3 faults (shutdown/red) will always pop up in the warning message banner. While level 1 codes
(warning/gray) may or may not show a pop-up message.
Note: Level 3 warnings (containing a red banner) will remain active and will not snooze.
Fault Codes
The color of the symbol represents the highest-level active warning:
Level 2 - A Yellow Warning supersedes an active information/Level 1 Warning (or lower) Pop-up.
Level 3 - A Red Warning is the highest priority. A Level 3 Warning always supersedes an active Level 2 (or lower) Pop-up.
When the operator presses the banner of the Level 1 or 2 Fault, the Fault will “snooze” or hide. A small warning fault icon will appear in the bottom right
corner of the Fault banner. A press of the Fault icon takes the user to the “Diagnostic” menu screen, where more Events and Details information will appear.
The last Pop-up suppressed raises an alert reminder symbol in the lower right-hand corner of the Information banner. The alert reminder symbol remains until
the warnings become inactive. The operator may enable the snooze function for Information, Level 1, and Level 2 Warnings. However, Level 3 Warnings (a
red banner) will remain active and will not snooze.

If the machine is running, the operator may snooze the level 2 warnings for 1 hour. If the warnings are an event, the warning will reappear if the event
generating the warning remains active.
If multiple warnings are active simultaneously, the lower information banner will automatically cycle through the warnings.
Note: A warning banner contains several pieces of information. For reference refer to the Pop-Up Warning Message Banners with a Service Fault Code
section and Illustration 2.

Level 3 Warnings are the highest priority. A Level 3 Warning always supersedes an active Level 2 (or lower) Pop-Up. If multiple warnings are active, an
arrow will appear. Press the arrow. The Events list will appear with the active warnings listed.
The second number above the arrow indicates the total number of all active and unsnoozed Pop-Ups the operator can access using the arrow.
If multiple warnings are active simultaneously, the lower information banner will automatically cycle through the warnings.
Note: A warning banner contains several pieces of information. For reference refer to the Pop-Up Warning Message Banners with a Service Fault Code
section and Illustration 2.

An Information message banner (1) is used to inform the operator on various incidents that do not have a warning or a fault code. The banner will appear in
the message window.
In the above example, the Information message banner (1) is informing the master operator that the editing of another operator information and pass code has
been successful. A similar message would appear informing the operator that the procedure was not successful.
