HR duties Handled.
 Coordinating and participating in recruitment & appointment process, preparing offer letters &
reports.
 Maintains employee information by entering and updating employment and status –
change data.
 Manage manpower source through applicant tracking system, such Naukri, LinkedIn, etc., internal
references, and effective utilization of job portals, right from the sourcing & interview, down
through the selection, mobilization, and non‐boarding process.
 Assist with day‐to‐day operations of the HR functions and duties.
 Provides secretarial support by entering, formatting, and printing information; organizing work;
answering the telephone; replying to messages; maintaining equipment and supplies.
 Preparing official letters such as salary certificate/ experience letters/ bank letters and maintain
hard copies of the same in the personnel file.
 Responsible for handling and maintaining all HR documents in a systematic process and performing
clerical functions such as preparing personnel letters, filing, and maintaining personnel files.
 Prepare documentations for visa applications, medical examination, and security
clearance, arrange hosting and accommodation, and follow up related activities.
 Maintains all specialized forms and documents related to employment.
 New employee induction, office tour and introduction to other staff, briefing of company polies
and procedure and ensure that the original offer of employment is signed and returned.
 Handle all Health insurance new registration and deletions.
 Departmental filling
 Tracking of sick leave dates and ensuring that a copy of approved leave form is returned to the
staff.
 Maintenance and updating of personnel files & leaves records.
 Maintain and keeping attendance register for staff systematically.
 Liaising with PRO’s for visa application and work permits.

Additional Responsibilities:
 Preparing attendance sheet for the new joiners for across the locations
 Conducted HR interviews during the recruitment events.
 Helping the recruitment team in preparing offer letter.
 Successful placement of summer interns in the organization including technology
enablement, workstation allotment, ID cards issue and helping the in adapting to the work
nature.
 Knowledge transfer for new joiner in the team.
 Placements – finding new clients, understanding their requirement, and sending suitable
candidates resumes.

decrease).
