Introduction
● Date: 5/01/2023
● Project background: We are creating a Hearty Nibbles app to help
people place and pick up orders, so that they can skip in-store lines and
make the payment process easy.

● Research goals: Figure out if placing order in the app actually saves
people time.

● Is it easier to order from the app?

● How long does it take to make an order?

Key ● Time on Task: how much time users spend to order snacks?
Performance ● Conversion rates: How many snacks customers are ordering?

(KPIs) ● System Usability scale: A questionnaire to evaluate customer feedback

● Unmoderated Usability study


● Location: Nigeria, remote ( participants will go through the usability
study in their own homes)
Methodology ● Date: Sessions will take place between 5-25
● 6 Participants will order snacks from the app. Each participant will
complete a questionnaire on their experience.
● Each session will last for 20 to 25 mins.

● Participants are people who go out to swim once or twice in a week


● Participants need to be in Abuja Nigeria
● Participants should be from 16-60
Participants
● Participants should include a fairly even distribution of genders across the
spectrum and people with different abilities including
● 1 user with visual impairment
