LEADER STAR RATING EXPLANATION

Mahatma Gandhi 5 Because he is
empathetic, warm-
hearted and
supportive. In
addition, I like the
qualities that he
had because he
accepted failure,
his self-discipline is
amazing and his
persistence in
completing his goal
or work is fantastic.
Elsewhere, I can
say that he is a role
model because he
treats others fairly,
having an awesome
strategy, having an
incredible
discipline and being
a lifelong-learner.
Nelson Mandela 5 Because he is a
model of
persistence,
courage, dignity,
authority, and
more qualities we
would admire in a
leader. He is also
an advocacy of
peace, powerful
presence that
disarmed enemies
with his smile high
level of
forgiveness,
positive thinking
and focus seriously
on goals and
missions beyond
himself.
Martin Luther King 5 Because he showed
Jr. respect and
honesty by never
resorting to
violence even
though he had
much tossed in his
face. He believed in
non-violent protest
and made sure
others follows him
in this quest. His
greatest leadership
quality was
integrity, which he
showed when he
gave his life for
what he was
fighting for.
Mother Teresa 5 Because she is
cautious, respectful
of authority,
sincere, generous,
altruistic and
empathetic. She is
also a hardworking
and motivated
person with a drive
to connect with the
world. In addition,
she is very
compassionate, she
dedicated her
entire life to help
others and showed
how much
compassion and
used this to help
the people around
the world.
Malala Yousafzai 5 Because she is
friendly, charming
and kind,
possessing a high
degree of empathy
that guides her
work, she has
dedicated her life
to raising
awareness of the
issue that many
people around the
world still lack
access to
education. In
addition, she is
fearless and brave
because even after
getting shot once,
she continued her
work to improve
the female
education access.
Greta Thunberg 5 Because she makes
sacrifices in her
own life for a cause
greater than
herself, she builds
trust, she shows
bravery, courage
and she dares to
challenge. In
addition, she gaves
people hope and
she creates a sense
of belonging. Greta
Thunberg is a role
model because of
her passionate and
emotional
approach to
dealing with
environmental
crisis.

What do these leaders have in common in terms of their vision

and mission?
These leaders have in common for being advocate, strong,
loyal, risk-taker and resilient.
What are the important insights that you gained after
researching about the initiatives of these leaders?
The important insights that I gained after researching
about the initiatives of these leaders are about their
perspectives. Mother Teresa believed that we must each strive
to be the best at what we are gifted at and that is making
something beautiful for God. While Greta Thunberg believed
that no one is too small to make a difference. Then, Malala
Yousafzai believed that we must speak up, be brave, be
determined, be knowledgeable and be humble. Then Martin
Luther King Jr. believed that taught us to love others and not
hate because love always wins in the end. Then Nelson
Mandela taught us to never give up on hope. Lastly,Mahatha
Gandhi taught us that we constantly follow the path of non-
violence.

Why did you choose the six factors you indicated in the
Fish Bone analysis as the most essential in contributing to the
success of organizational analysis?
-because when you think about leadership you are actually thinking about influence. At
its core, leadership is really about the influence or ability to move people to achieve goals or
objectives in the middle of crisis these factors can really help to face and it is a headstart in
countering crisis.

Why do you think that some organizational initiatives fail?

What are the factors that contribute to failures?
-because being failure doesn’t mean that you’re already done or finished it means that
you need to come up something new. I think the organization fails because of lack of ears or
attention to each part of the organization that needs to ponder so that clear communication
would foster.
