    C. Syarat-​-syarat dan Ketentuan

    1. Penawaran berlaku untuk jangka waktu kontrak 36 bulan.


    2. Harga di atas tidak termasuk:
    a. Pajak-​pajak yang berlaku.
    b. Pengiriman (Bill at cost)
    c. Travel dan Akomodasi (Bill at cost + 10%)
    d. On site support
    e. Item/layanan lainnya yang tidak disebutkan di atas​.
    3. Harga dalam invoice akan dicantumkan dalam Rupiah menyesuaikan kurs referensi JISDOR (Jakarta
    Interbank Spot Dollar Rate).
    4. Termin penagihan dan pembayaran:
    a. Biaya akan ditagihkan setelah Purchase Order dikirimkan
    b. Seluruh invoice jatuh tempo 15 hari kalender sejak tanggal penerimaan invoice.
    5. Waktu pengiriman hardware: max. 90 hari kalender sejak diterimanya SPK/PO (dapat berubah
    sesuai dengan situasi dan kondisi).
    6. Harga-​harga di atas berlaku selama 30 hari sejak tanggal dikeluarkan proposal ini
