1. Gateway drugs open doors for a non-drug user to try and experiment on more dangerous
and illegal drugs.
2. Cigarettes and alcohol are gateway drugs.
3. Teenagers aged 13-15 years old were curious and risk taker that is why they are
vulnerable in using cigarettes and drinking alcoholic drinks.
4. Health experts explained that the continuous increase in cigarette use and alcohol
consumption by Filipino teenagers is due to its cheap price.
5. PDEA is a government agency that is responsible in preventing the use of illegal drugs.
