    Q1. Find the following for the below list of activities presented in Table.1 of a Construction Project? [20]

    a. Calculate the total duration to finish the project


    b. Determine the Critical Path of the Project
    c. Compute the Earliest Start Time (EFT), Earliest Finish Time (EFT), Latest Start Time (LST), Latest
    Finish Time (LFT) Total Float/Slack (TF/TS) and Free Float/Slack (FF/FS) of each activity in a
    tabular format.

    Q2. Find the following for the below list of activities presented in Table.2 of a Construction Project? [20]

    a. Calculate the total duration to finish the project


    b. Determine the Critical Path of the Project
    c. Compute the Earliest Start Time (EFT), Earliest Finish Time (EFT), Latest Start Time (LST), Latest
    Finish Time (LFT) Total Float/Slack (TF/TS) and Free Float/Slack (FF/FS) of each activity in a
    tabular format.
    d. Compute the Variance of each Activity.
    e. What is the probability to finish this project in 130 days? Also find the probability to complete
    this project in 140 days?
