Type of Contract: Full time contract. .‫ ﻋﻘﺪ ﻋﻤﻞ ﺑﺪوام ﻛﺎﻣﻞ‬:‫ﻧﻮع اﻟﻌﻘﺪ‬
Probation Period: The Employee shall be subject to ‫ ﻳـﺨـﻀـﻊ اﻟـﻌــﺎﻣــﻞ ﻟﻔـﺘــﺮة ﺗـﺠــﺮﺑــﺔ ﺗـﺤـﺪد‬:‫ﻓﺘﺮة اﻟﺘﺠﺮﺑﺔ‬
a probation period of 30 days starting from the ‫ﺗـﺒـﺪأ ﻣـــﻦ ﺗــﺎرﻳـﺦ ﺑـﺪء اﻟـﻌـﻤــﻞ‬ ‫ ﯾوﻣﺎ‬٣٠ ‫ﺑـﻤـﺪة‬

During the probation period either Party may terminate this ‫ﺧﻼل ﻓﺘﺮة اﻟﺘﺠﺮﺑﺔ ﻳﺤﻖ `ي ﻣﻦ ﻃﺮﻓﻲ اﻟﻌﻘﺪ اﻧﻬﺎؤه دون ﺣﺎﺟﺔ `ي‬
Contract without notice. .‫اﺧﻄﺎر أو اﻧﺬار‬
Working Hours: Up to maximum 8 hours a day or 48 hours a ‫ ﺳﺎﻋـﺔ‬٤٨ ‫ ﺳﺎﻋﺎت ﻓـﻲ اﻟـﻴـﻮم أو‬٨ ‫ ﺑﺤـﺪ أﻗـﺼﻰ‬:‫ﺳﺎﻋﺎت اﻟﻌﻤﻞ‬

Annual Leave and Holidays: The Employee shall be ‫ ﻳﺤﺼﻞ اﻟﻌﺎﻣﻞ ﻋﻠﻰ اﺟﺎزة‬:‫اﻻﺟﺎزة اﻟﺴﻨﻮﻳﺔ واﻟﻌﻄﻞ اﻟﺮﺳﻤﻴﺔ‬
entitled to 30 days of paid leave per year. In addition to ‫ ﻛﻤﺎ ﻳﺤﺼﻞ اﻟﻌﺎﻣﻞ ﻋﻠﻰ‬،‫ ﻳﻮم‬٣٠ ‫ﺳﻨﻮﻳﺔ ﻣﺪﻓﻮﻋﺔ ا`ﺟﺮ ﺗﺤﺪد ب‬
the paid public holidays in the UAE as declared by the ‫اﺟﺎزة ﺑﺮاﺗﺐ ﻛﺎﻣﻞ ﻓﻲ ﺟﻤﻴﻊ أﻳﺎم اﻟﻌﻄﻞ اﻟﺮﺳﻤﻴﺔ اﻟﺘﻲ ﻳﺘﻢ‬
concerned authorities. .‫ﺗﺤﺪﻳﺪﻫﺎ ﻣﻦ ﻗﺒﻞ اﻟﺠﻬﺎت اﻟﺤﻜﻮﻣﻴﺔ اﻟﻤﺨﺘﺼﺔ‬
‫‪End of Service Allowance: The Employee shall be entitled for an‬‬ ‫ﻣﻜﺎﻓﺄة ﻧﻬﺎﻳﺔ اﻟﺨﺪﻣﺔ‪ :‬ﻳﺤﺼـﻞ اﻟـﻌـﺎﻣـﻞ ﻋـﻠــﻰ ﻣـﻜـﺎﻓـﺄة ﻧـﻬـﺎﻳـﺔ‬
‫‪end of service allowance in accordance with the Applicable Law.‬‬ ‫ﺧـﺪﻣﺔ وﻓـﻘــ; `ﺣـﻜــﺎم اﻟـﻘـﺎﻧـﻮن اﻟـﻤــﻄـﺒـﻖ‪.‬‬

‫‪Employee’s Repatriation Fees: The Employer shall pay the‬‬ ‫ﻧــﻔــﻘــــــﺎت ﻋــﻮدة اﻟﻌــﺎﻣــﻞ‪ :‬ﻳﻠـﺘـﺰم ﺻــﺎﺣـﺐ اﻟـﻌــﻤـﻞ ﺑﻨــﻔــﻘـــﺎت‬
‫‪expenses of the employee repatriation in accordance with the‬‬ ‫ﻋـــﻮدة اﻟـﻌـــﺎﻣـــﻞ إﻟــﻰ ﻣـﻮﻃـﻨـــﻪ وذﻟــﻚ وﻓـﻘــــ; `ﺣــﻜــــــﺎم‬
‫‪Applicable Law.‬‬ ‫اﻟـﻘــﺎﻧـﻮن اﻟـﻤـﻄـﺒـﻖ‪.‬‬

‫‪Termination Of Employment: This Contract may be terminated‬‬ ‫اﻧـﻬـــﺎء اﻟﻌـﻘـــﺪ‪ :‬ﻳﺘﻢ اﻧﻬﺎء اﻟﻌﻘﺪ ﺑﺄن ﻳﻘﻮم أي ﻣﻦ ﻃﺮﻓﻲ‬
‫‪by giving a 90 days‬‬ ‫‪days prior written notice by either‬‬ ‫اﻟﻌﻘﺪ ﺑﺎﻋﻄﺎء اﻟﻄﺮف ا~ﺧﺮ اﺧﻄﺎر ﻛﺘﺎﺑﻲ ﻣﺴﺒﻖ ﻻ ﺗﻘﻞ ﻣﺪﺗﻪ ﻋﻦ‬
‫‪Party to the other.‬‬ ‫ﻳﻮم‪.‬‬ ‫‪ ٩٠‬ﯾوﻣﺎ‬

‫‪General Provision:‬‬ ‫ﻧﺼﻮص ﻋﺎﻣﺔ‪:‬‬

‫‪2. RAK courts shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising‬‬ ‫‪ .٢‬ﺗﻜــﻮن ﻣـﺤـﻜـﻤــﺔ رأس اﻟﺨـﻴــﻤـﺔ ﻫــﻲ اﻟﻤـﺤــﻜــﻤــﺔ‬
‫‪out or in connection with this Contract.‬‬ ‫اﻟـﻤـﺨـﺘـﺼـﺔ ﻓـﻲ ﻧـﻈــﺮ أي ﻧــﺰاع ﻳـﻨﺸـﺄ أو ﻳـﺘﻌـﻠﻖ ﺑـــﻬﺬا اﻟﻌﻘﺪ‪.‬‬

‫‪3. This Contract is drafted in both Arabic and English, provided‬‬ ‫‪ .٣‬ﺣـﺮر ﻫـﺬا اﻟــﻌـﻘـﺪ ﺑﺎﻟﻠﻐـﺘﻴــﻦ اﻟﻌـﺮﺑﻴـﺔ واﻻﻧﻜﻠﻴﺰﻳـﺔ‪ ،‬وﻓـﻲ ﺣـﺎل‬
‫‪Arabic prevails in case of discrepancy.‬‬ ‫اﺧـﺘـﻼف اﻟﻨـﺺ ﻓﺈن اﻟﻨـﺺ ﺑﺎﻟﻠﻐـﺔ اﻟﻌـﺮﺑﻴﺔ ﻫﻮ واﺟﺐ اﻟﺘﻄﺒﻴﻖ‪.‬‬
