Secured $1m+ profit by bidding for, winning and managing a major contract for the US
Government, shipping large quantities (GM) police vehicles for the US Iraqi reconstruction
program. Client satisfaction achieved despite a difficult working environment. Managed top
performing division throughout and major Global Shipping and Transport Group in the
Automotive industry during 2008, achieving $2.3m gross revenue and $1.6m net profit – way
above the industry norm. Productivity was high: awarded by many industry associations.
Developed the business’s annual net profits more than tenfold over a ten-year period ($150k in
1995 to S1.6m in 2008). Client retention 100%; staff numbers reduced. Brought about many
changes and developments, eg: Widened services offered and reduced dependency on market
