The information that you provide is confidential however as it is used in evaluating the
consultants performance and may affect their ability to get future work the consultant
will be provided with a copy of the evaluation and allowed to comment on it. In the event
that the consultant and the contract manager cannot agree on their assessment, the matter
will be referred to the adjudication panel of the Canadian Association of International
Development Consultants, which will review the Terms of Reference (TORs) and the
work produced to complete the TORs and provide an independent assessment of the
consultants performance.
