Learning style and personality results

After submitting the learning style questionnaire my results revealed a balance between the
number one and three from both sides of the scale typically, I am a active learner I prefer hands
on learning and I learn best by trying and applying task, active learners enjoy working in groups
to figure out problems and solutions, My next preference is called sequential this style of
learning prefers to have information presented linearly and in a orderly manner, once the
information is given I can therefore put together details and other information on how the big
picture will emerge.
My third preference to learning is visual in this particular style, graphs, pictures, and
diagrams are used as a source of information for remembering certain details which is also
helpful in my final preference to learning which is verbal because I tend to look for clarity and
explanation through words. Now that I am aware of my natural learning preference I can work
on expanding the way in which I learn so, that I can learn in other ways; just not my preferred
style.
The key to knowing the different learning styles is to teach and lead others in your
organization, as a leader you can create an environment in which everyone on your team can
learn from you not just your preferred style. You can encourage people to increase their level of
understanding about learning and change, by helping employees to step out of their comfort zone
by allowing for positive feedback.
Myers-Briggs personality test

and developed by psychologist Carl Jung who combined his ideas from human nature ESTJ are

and 20% introverted, sensing 79% thinking at 30%- perceiving is 17% and judging 83%. I was
surprise how accurate the results are in explaining my personality because, most of the
descriptions I can relate to. According o Jung my thinking level revealed that I live strictly in
accordance with society rules I am logical, objective, and dogmatic (Jung2009, pg107).
In regards to feeling it showed where I am emotional, sensitive, and sociable my sensing
results revealed 79% this average shows that I am outgoing, pleasure seeking, and adaptable
finally, my judging score was the highest of all at 83% Judges prefer order and structure that
follows a set of rules. Typically, I feel more at ease and comfortable when my life is structured
