1. SHIPPING RATES - INTERNATIONAL

20 USD on all orders up to 121 USD..
Delivery may take up to 21 days depending on the destination.
*Please note that the delivery charges do not include import costs (customs) that may be due once the package reaches the country of destination.
2. SHIPPING PROCESS
INTERNATIONAL
Most orders are processed and packed on the same day and generally arrive between 4 to 14 working days. Occasionally, shipping can take as long as 21 days based on your destination country. Please note that while we do our best efforts to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, dispatch and delivery times are based on estimation only and are not guaranteed.
LUCI is not responsible for any delays caused by matters not under its full direct control, including without limitation due to destination customs clearance processes, delays caused by the shipping company, etc.
3. TAXES & DUTIES
Please be aware that your international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes upon receipt of the order depending on the destination country. The receiver will be liable for such charges. Such duties and taxes are beyond our control as they are imposed by the customs authority of your destination country and depend on a number of factors such as the country of origin of the purchased product, local VAT rates, and local import taxes. It will be your responsibility to pay them if and when asked to by your local authorities.
4. UNCOLLECTED PACKAGES
In the case that your order has to be returned to us due to the receiver’s refusal to pay duties, taxes, or fees, or as a result of your unavailability at the time of shipment and/or inaccuracies in the details provided by you, LUCI will have to charge you for shipping and handling fees and any additional administrative charges that might be incurred for customs clearance and return process.
5. STOCK AVAILABILITY
Please note that stock offered on the site is limited, and we only sell items that we have in stock. Bear in mind products may sell out during your shopping session, and stock availability will be updated upon reaching the checkout page.
LUCI reserves the right to change and/or remove the list of items offered for purchase or shut down the site’s online store at any time, and at its sole discretion and nothing herein shall be deemed as an obligation to offer any items for sale.
LUCI will make reasonable efforts to dispatch the approved orders as quickly as possible and the approved orders shall be dispatched in the order that they have been received. If a delivery suffers a delay or if the delivery cannot be fully dispatched or only partially due to the goods not being in stock or other reasons, LUCI will make reasonable efforts to inform the consumer about this as quickly as possible. In this case, the consumer will be given the option to terminate the agreement, free of charge. In the case of termination in accordance with this paragraph, LUCI will refund the consumer with the sum paid, at the latest within 30 days after termination. The place of delivery is deemed to be the address that the consumer makes known to LUCI at the time of registration and/or placing the order.
