Refund Policy

RETURNS
LUCI accepts returns within 14 days from the arrival of your package. You must return the LUCI items to the LUCI online store's return address, as listed below.
Please note that when you return a LUCI item, it should be clean and at the same conditions as received.  Items must be returned in their original packaging fully intact, and with the original labels and tags attached to each item (if any). Any returned item which fails to meet this criteria may not be refunded.

REFUND
Once the goods are received and processed by LUCI, a refund will be issued for the returned items in the original form of payment (via mastercard, visa, amex, paypal)within 5-10 working days.
*All sale items are final and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
*We suggest that you ship the parcel with a tracked courier service in order to be able to monitor the returned parcel,  as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

EXCHANGES
LUCI does not exchange products. If you purchased an item from LUCI and would like a different color, size or style, you can make a return for the unwanted item, and need to place a new order on our online store.

COSTS FOR RETURN
LUCI is not responsible for shipping costs and any additional duties, taxes or charges that may incur regarding the return of a product.
