This is not a rallying call for activism, but it is a call for speaking out what's on your mind, what you see, what you concern about, what you hope for, and what you imagine. Think on this...

The best teams have dynamics where each and every member has an ability to contribute what's on their mind to the team; even if it means they show a lack of confidence, knowledge or total understanding of a situation. It's this thinking out loud that allows other team members to support each other and provide context to what's going on within the team. Musicians do this easily within their bands. We are collaborative by nature and, if anything, somewhat eccentric with sharing what's on our minds!

Leaders: Tap into your, and your team's, inner collaborator, inner artist, and encourage yourself and your teams to speak out!
