There has never been a better time of the year to consider making the move to Dubai and in particular with Allsopp & Allsopp. Average temperatures in Dubai at the moment are 21 degrees Celsius with only 4 rainy days expected in December compared to a depressing 17 rainy days expected for the UK. Did I mention that it was around 14 degrees warmer in Dubai this time of year too?
That being said a move to Dubai shouldn’t just be for the weather. If you are working in UK estate agency at the moment and feel there is more to life than the daily grind, in rush hour traffic to earn the average UK wage (£26,500) plus some commisson, then tax free earning, in Dubai could be the place for you.
Depending on which newspaper you buy, which blog you subscribe to etc there are varying reports of highs and lows reported throughout Dubai. However, you can hear it from the horses mouth when I say that the market in Dubai is strong. Our agents this year will make around 20% than they did last year and as a business we have enjoyed yet more growth and development into more areas and cast our net wider than ever before, in terms of the number of clients we have helped.
Our awards cabinet has burst its doors open this year too with even more coveted awards including Most Number of Sales Leads through Dubizzle, Most Number of Overall Leads through Propertyfinder.ae not to mention a spot in the Forbes Top 100 for Real Estate Agencies in the Middle East and most recently our very own Darren Murphy being named as The Number 1 Real Estate Agent in the whole of Dubai.
Our success is clear to see but we couldn’t do this without our staff and as the results counters are set to zero for the beginning of 2017 the market, our position and reputation couldn’t be better as we embark on another exciting adventure.
