Worth Recruiting - Growth Continues

As Worth Recruiting continues to grow and gather pace within the highly competitive property recruitment sector, Managing Director Guy Hodge, is delighted to announce that Luke Bradnick is joining his expanding team.

Luke is already well-known and highly regarded in the Estate Agency sector in the Kingston upon Thames and Epsom areas where he has worked for two of the leading local Agencies, Lords Estate Agents and Cairds, for most of the last 15 years.

Luke, who is a devoted family man and who lives in the Epsom area, will be joining his wife Emily Bradnick, who already works for Worth Recruiting and who is a top biller at the firm. He will be working in a 360-degree recruitment role, looking after clients and candidates across London and the South East.

“I know the area and the people who work in it, and I hope that my considerable Estate Agency experience and work ethic will be of value to Guy and the team,” said Luke. “Worth Recruiting is a company recognised throughout the industry for excellence in Estate Agency and Property recruitment and I am looking forward to being a part of the “Worth family”.”

 Guy was himself an Estate Agent for over 35 years; initially becoming a Regional Director at GA Property Services (now Your Move) and then setting up his own Estate Agency, Lords Estate Agents in Kingston upon Thames which he eventually sold in 2014 after almost 25 years. Luke had been one of Guy’s top performing employees at the firm.

 Guy added, “Luke will make a great addition to our team at Worth Recruiting and will enable us to provide an even better and more attentive service to our clients. He is hard-working, proactive and dependable and has a reputation for providing exceptional customer service. He was one of my top staff at Lords and it is great to have him back in my team again.”

Worth Recruiting was established in 2020 and is the trading name for Whyteways Limited. The company, run by husband and wife team, Guy and Pascale Hodge, was previously the leading franchisee of the Rayner Personnel brand, but successfully parted company with its franchisor las year.

 Pascale is delighted that a candidate of Luke’s calibre is joining the team: “He will be hitting the ground running,” said Pascale, “He will be taking on a substantial client portfolio with a comprehensive range of available vacancies and will be focussing his attention on finding the best candidates to fill these roles.”
