You will continue to be billed for the file until the failed upload is removed (which doesn't happen automatically). To avoid unnecessary costs, follow these 3 simple steps: 1. This is again a testament for the requirement for collaboration across the leading players in the game. This kind of strategy partnership and synergy will nurture the coopetition (cooperation among competitors) and ultimately bring the best of both worlds to the customers. It clearly shows time is changing, Oracle on one side have this partnership with all other major CSP including Google and Azure along with AWS now. They are building strength on their existing strength as earlier they missed the bus of cloud computing early on. On the other side major CSP players are getting customer willing to use Oracle high performance database among their own database offerings. It would be really interesting to see how AWS will further enhance their Oracle RDS offering including Custom RDS for Oracle.
