Every time we discuss the gender pay gap, unfortunately, there’s an influx of offensive comments, as well as some genuine questions from people about its existence. Here we address some of the genuine questions. The big takeaway is that addressing the gender gap benefits everyone, including men. It means men will have better paid parental leave and flexible working. We want your support to help create a fairer future and more supportive workplaces for all. #GenderPayGap #EqualPay #PayEquality #EqualityMatters #BreakTheBarriers #WomenEmpowerment #StandUpForChange #FairWages #EqualOpportunity #GenderEquality #WORK180 #CareerGoals #JobInterview #JobApplication #JobTips #JobSeeking #JobHunter #JobAlert #JobSeekerLife #JobHunter #JobSearchStrategies #FlexibleWorking

You mention that men didn't waste time Trolling with Offensive comments.  But the four comments that you read were all valid factual statements.  Not trolling or offensive and you did not address them with any academic thought.   The gender pay/wag gap does not exist as the first commenter mentioned it is against the law. There is however a gender earnings gap.  There is a very intelligent article written about it here. It addresses the desired outcomes and tangible ways to achieve them.  https://www.aei.org/carpe-diem/there-really-is-no-gender-wage-gap-there-is-a-gender-earnings-gap-but-paying-women-well-wont-close-that-gap/
