Vodori’s Post

How often have you found yourself reviewing new promotional content, only to find yourself sifting through redundant comments or making repeated changes? In part, this is a content quality issue–a challenge we hear from our customers and the industry as one barrier to a fast, efficient content review process. Sometime, organizations overlook a fundamental element that can significantly streamline this process: seeking collaborative input from key parties early in the content development process. Not only can this expedite approvals, but it also simultaneously improves the quality of the content. A proactive approach in involving all relevant stakeholders throughout the content creation journey helps mitigate potential hiccups. This reduces the margin for errors or misjudgments and paves the way for a smoother content review process. It's simple: the earlier you rope in your team, the less feedback you'll have to deal with in the final stages. But here's an interesting observation: Have you noticed a thematic consistency in the feedback from your reviewers? More often than not, the comments left behind tend to echo similar sentiments. By identifying these themes early on, we can adapt our content strategy accordingly to reduce redundancy and optimize efficiency. Check out a recent episode of Vodori's Amend & Progress podcast, where we cover process best practices like this and so much more. There is great fodder in here as you start to think about setting goals for your 2025 process.
