Advertisers are shifting their linear tv budgets into CTV. The timing is not on accident with the huge influx of political dollars into linear. Some dayparts are even sold out already due to political crowdout! CTV/OTT if done right through a reliable partner, is even more effective than traditional media (even broadcast stations can be found via apps like the Roku Channel and Pluto) and you actually get the impressions you pay for! Make sure you do your homework. Some CTV/OTT providers will try to sneak in pre roll inventory to lower rates or worse, not audit their data and serve alot of bot traffic!

We're shy of 2 weeks away from political ad buys dissolving for the year. That means there will be more available inventory, both digital and offline. The advertising market hit a major milestone number: $1 trillion USD. And is expected to outpace the overall GDP growth figure. However, it's a tale of two tiers: - Nearly growth is going to a small subset of AI-driven ad businesses who are expected to reap more than 50% of all ad revenue. That would include Google, Facebook, Amazon etc. - OG digital advertising is expected to be 72.9% of total advertising in 2025 - Streaming TV revenue is expected to grow by 19.3% while linear TV declines by 3.4%.
