Finding Light in the Dark Winter Times
As the days grow shorter and the world feels quieter, I’ve often found myself grappling with a sense of heaviness this time of year.
For me, winter has sometimes felt like a season of loss—when old traditions shift, loved ones move away, and the distance from family feels sharper than ever. There have been years where it was hard to even find the spark to start the day.
But through these dark winters, I’ve learned something powerful: we don’t have to face them alone.
In the moments when life felt the most overwhelming, connection made all the difference—whether it was a simple conversation, a reminder to focus on small, meaningful steps, or being surrounded by people who understood the struggle and held space for hope.
That’s why I’ve created my upcoming group coaching session starting this Sunday. It’s for anyone who feels stuck, overwhelmed, or just needs a reminder that they can create their own light—even in the darkest seasons.
We’ll explore how to set realistic goals, build emotional resilience, and rediscover joy and purpose in your day-to-day life. Together, we’ll create a roadmap to start feeling empowered again.
If this resonates with you, I’d love to have you join us. Registration closes soon, and there are just a few spots left!
Let’s face this season together—with courage, connection, and a little more hope.
