The Employ Recruiter Nation report had some pretty nice tidbits. One of which was the 7 day reduction in time-to-fill for companies leveraging automation & ai around the matching and screening process. I've been thinking about this quite a bit in the context of marketing activities >>> recruiting activities. It's cool to see how AI is streamlining the hiring process. I wonder if ChatGPT could be a future recruiter? 🤔 But seriously, leveraging tech to boost efficiency is a smart move.
