How do you get ChatGPT to recommend your product? (thousands of new signups at Ahrefs self-attribute to ChatGPT) Well... Given that we didn't do anything DELIBERATE in order to consistenly show up in ChatGPT for relevant "prompts" - I think I know what did it for us. And it's very similar to how SEO works. If you want to rank #1 on Google, you (generally) need a lot of reputable websites to link to you. Well... If you want to show up in ChatGPT, there should be a lot of content on reputable websites, which connects your brand to whatever problems your brand is solving. That's about it, really. 😉
So in other words the recipe is simply: have a dope product and do intentional and awesome marketing for ages? Hold my beer, I'm on it 🤣
Have you ever considered that because A, you rank on top? That is a smart choice of company name in the beginning, besides excellent content marketing.
Yeah, and just at least half a decade of consistent content marketing and generating customer value. 😁

Sounds like a job for... I don't know, some sort of audience research tool that can show all the websites/social accounts/podcasts/subReddits/etc. your potential customers use so you can get your brand in those places. If only someone made such a product 🤔🤔🤔
