Big things are on the horizon! Take 25 organizations and a ubiquitous topic – out comes a practitioner innovation exchange which couldn’t tackle a bigger and more exciting topic: How can a digital, AI-enabled HR Transformation create better Employee Experience and lead to more business value, while reducing the effort in HR? Next week, we will kick of this exchange with a live meeting in Essen – in a great collaboration of our wonderful host E.ON, TI PEOPLE and Volker Jacobs from FOUNT Global, Inc.. If you wonder why we chose the focus of the exchange, here is some evidence from a web survey with the participants: 86% of organizations will change their HR Target Operating Models (TOM) by 2027, and not surprisingly, AI will be a major influencer of the changes, replacing or augmenting up to 50% of HR work by 2027. On the other hand, better EX is part of the mandate for the HR transformation of nearly all participants, and there’s high consensus as well that better EX creates business value for the organizations. We are very excited! If you are interested in the results of the discussions or joining the group (all seats are taken for this meeting, but for future exchange), please send me a message. #HRTransformation #EX #EmployeeExperience #genAI #HRTargetOperatingModel

Transformative change and frictionless work in large organizations, enabled by data, AI, and EX.

Great opportunity! I am really looking forward to it, Timo. AI-enabled #transformation programs will transform work, will take many years, and will be very experimental by nature for most companies. And thus, they will be very risky - they will fail, if they don't work for the people whose work is being transformed. A leading indicator for AI transformation success will be key - knowing early which of these new digital experiments work for whom will be crucial for success. It's an interesting time - and a huge opprtunity to make new, AI-augmented work work for people. #newwork #AI #HRTransformation #digitalTransformation
