What’s the point of AI tools if employees don’t want to use them? Avanade's recent Trendlines report dropped some powerful stats about the state of AI in the workplace. 💡 73% of organisations are ramping up AI adoption. 💡 Yet only 37% of employees feel these tools are actually helping them work smarter. Why the massive gap? Because we often measure AI success from the organisation’s perspective: ROI, efficiency, and cost savings. But...𝗔𝗜 𝗼𝗻𝗹𝘆 𝗱𝗲𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗴-𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗺 𝘃𝗮𝗹𝘂𝗲 𝗶𝗳 𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗼𝘆𝗲𝗲𝘀 𝘄𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝗶𝘁.
