*** BE AWARE *** Had an extremely disappointing experience with Marrs Construction. In my opinion, the owner, Tim Marrs, was rude and unprofessional throughout the entire project. From my experience, his handling of the project led to numerous delays and costly mistakes. Additionally, I felt there was a lack of ethics, with corners being cut and no responsibility taken for rental damages caused by what I believe was negligence. It seemed to me that the operator was not properly qualified, being just a general laborer. Throughout this ordeal, Tim often ignored our calls, refused to address our concerns, and blamed us for what I perceive were his own errors. I strongly advise anyone considering Marrs Construction to look elsewhere. Save yourself the headache and find a company that values honesty, professionalism, and quality work. Once again, this is MY personal experience over the last several months.

𝗦𝗧𝗢𝗥𝗬# 𝟯𝟴 A construction company’s Director chose two of his best engineers to work on a high-budget project. Though they both had the same titles at work, one of them was well experienced. The Director wanted to closely monitor the project, considering its complexity and budget. Hence he had set up weekly catch-ups with each engineer to discuss concerns and ensure smooth execution of the project. Both engineers worked diligently, kept the Director informed of challenges, sought his advice in resolving them, and completed the project successfully. The clients were happy, and both received due credit for their work. For the next high-budget project, the Director needed one engineer to lead, despite the same job title, the more experienced engineer was the default choice. To everyone’s surprise, the junior engineer was chosen to lead.
