7moMy personal opinion on this: When you try to imitate something, you always have to downgrade. These imitation products will always downgrade on taste and quality (and most cases health). That they try to make it healthier is awesome! - That it's still far from healthy is not that awesome. I've ate my share of this companies patties, and gotta say it just taste super fake and worrying. As long as we're trying to imitate and bring overprocessed foods to the market, we'll fail. A shift has to be made, and it's well on the way, fortunately! 🌱- Let's get some real food to the market! 💪
