The results you're looking for in sales? They're in the work you're avoiding. The high-stakes conversation you need to have. The skills you know you need to learn. The big but complex deal you want to land. Procrastination is the enemy of progress. You can't level up by standing still. Growth and comfort can't co-exist. Whenever you grow, you step outside your comfort zone. Embrace discomfort. Do that thing you've been putting off. That's how breakthroughs happen. On the other side of fear. Where will you choose to be uncomfortable today? The best salespeople learn to love that feeling. Celebrate your discomfort. It means you're growing. -- 👋 Follow Steve Heroux ★ for more sales content. ♻️ Repost to share with your network.

I agree with most of the post. Stepping outside your comfort zone to achieve different results is key, but it doesn’t have to be unpleasant. We can start by shifting our perception, which leads to deeper transformations and helps us move away from repetitive actions that don’t deliver the outcomes we need. Stepping out of the comfort zone isn’t necessarily uncomfortable; it’s about changing how we view things, recognizing opportunities in every challenge, and discovering new ways to navigate through them.

🚀 I'm more into marketing but your advice is Gold.👌🏻 That's exactly what I'm doing right now and I'm not gonna exaggerate but it is indeed very uncomfortable when you do things that you're usually not used to doing. My comfort zone is social media management with over 4+ years of freelancing experience with international clients.🤓 but now I stepped out of my comfort zone & started practicing SEO in depth which is hard but interesting definitely worth it. Comfort zone = No growth 📈

💪 Absolutely! Choosing growth over comfort is where the magic happens. 🌱 Stepping out of our comfort zones opens doors to new opportunities, fosters resilience, and drives us toward our true potential. 🌟 Embracing challenges not only helps us evolve personally and professionally, but it also sets a powerful example for others.
