"Diversity is strength" is one of our leadership principles at Infineon Technologies - for me, one of the fundamental principles of good #leadership. Since our HR reorganization last October, the first and second level HR leadership team has become more diverse. How so? Over time, our organizational structures grew organically in sync with our global HR team. To the point where we decided that in order to stay flexible and fast, we needed to reorganize – and transformed our HR organization into a functional organization with end-to-end responsibilities that span the globe. As a result, our global team of people leaders has become much more international, much younger, and our percentage of female leaders has reached new heights. Now, discussions are longer – but much more thoughtful and inclusive. Diversity doesn't make us faster. It doesn't make decisions easier. But it does make us more successful, more innovative, and more resilient in the long run. Of course, "more" is always possible. So, we are constantly working to become even more diverse and international in the future. Personally, I am looking forward to that. Being part of a diverse team and a global organization is something I can learn from every day. Ultimately, our different perspectives and experiences help us make better decisions and find the right solutions. What is the most important aspect for you when it comes to seeing diversity as a strength? #DiversityAndInclusion #PeopleCreateValue #Diversity #Inclusion

Innovative leaders don't restrict employees to "just running the playbook." They encourage creativity, and earn competitive advantage, through a willingness to hear and apply feedback. Involved employees are more engaged. Engaged employees are more committed. They stay longer, reduce turnover costs, and contribute positively to culture, revenue, and profit.

Efforts to retain top talent too often wait until leaders are worried or get word that important team members might leave the organization. Leaders then scramble to design retention strategies that focus on compensation or perquisites to persuade those people to stay.

**"Silent resignations from top employees speak volumes about your company’s culture and leadership. Silent resignations from top employees often reflect unspoken truths about your company’s culture and leadership. When employees disengage quietly and leave, it’s a clear indication that something essential is missing—whether it’s recognition, growth opportunities, or a sense of belonging."**
