I have been thinking about #inclusion and #psychologicalsafety as more or less you have it or you don't. You are either accepted unconditionally for who you are or you are anxious about your group membership being revoked. I really love how this dial shows the depth to which inclusion can be experienced. I have been focused on getting people onto the dial in my own practice of #leadership, but this gives me something more to aspire to!
