June is here, and it's hard to believe that we are halfway through the year! What is it that you want to accomplish in the second half of 2024? We did a fun exercise with our Success Champions Networking (SCN) group the other day to talk about goals and target outcomes. It was called - One Word Resolution. We each chose a word that will define us for the next 6 months. And then asked "How can I be more...(that word)...in areas of our lives and businesses. Then we created one specific goal that led us closer to embodying that word. I said 'Focused'. Being a somewhat jack of a lot of trades, and being genuinely interested in a lot of things, I have been enthusiastically gaining experiences in multiple different disciplines and areas over the past few years. I am excited to reignite the focus on a few core aspects in both my life and business over the next 6 months that will bring more energy and purpose.
