I got emotional on Saturday listening to these amazing people. Without any prep, we hit a peak in our coaching program, and folks opened up, sharing their stories. It was the first time I felt so deeply connected with everyone in the room. Hearing how much my small support shaped their stories got me teary-eyed. There’s something powerful about showing up for people in their weakest moments and never taking advantage. Along my journey as a coach, I’ve been able to experience this first-hand.  It has taken years for me to get to this level of clarity and rootedness in my Gift of coaching.
