My Vision Coaching Process: 3 - Strategy 🌟 This is part 3 of my Vision Coaching Process. A solid strategy is the bridge between your vision and real-world results. Without one, even the best intentions can feel scattered, and we risk pouring energy into actions that don’t move the needle. Often, we’re not short on effort—we’re short on strategic direction. That’s why the third step in my Vision Coaching Process is all about Strategy. After defining a clear vision (what you want) and intention (why you’re doing it), we dive into the how. This means uncovering the key steps, principles, and systems that will guide you toward your goals. For example, here’s my personal strategy: I’m fully committing to trying out my content and coaching business for one year, treating it like an ecosystem. A different kind of client transformation! So often client testimonials are shared at the end of their journey, but I started with a new client last week and I wanted to share the insight from our first call. One of Sam’s take aways after our first exercise was “I have never pieced my life together like that”. And it got me thinking - we always wait till the end to talk about transformation as if it happens all at once at the end, but actually it is a culmination of lots of tiny little things - insights, awareness, changes, actions etc. #clienttransformation #coaching #perspective #clientjourney

Pricing your coaching program can feel overwhelming, but this post breaks it down into 5 manageable steps. There's no single perfect price, but it should resonate with your target audience and align with your goals. First, research what similar coaching programs in your area charge. This gives you a baseline idea of market value. Next, identify your reasons for running the program. Are you hoping to build brand awareness or establish yourself as an expert? Your goals will influence your pricing strategy. Step 3 asks you to consider the program itself: how long is it, how many sessions are there, and what materials are included? These factors all contribute to the perceived value you're offering. Step 4 involves brainstorming 3 different price points (low, medium, high) and considering how they feel to both you and your ideal client. Finally, take everything you've learned into account and choose a price that maximizes the benefits you're looking for. Remember, this is an ongoing process. Why I NEVER Ask for MONEY Before I Give Value – It’s Not Rocket Science! Why? Because, how do they KNOW what it's WORTH to PAY me for ongoing coaching, unless they actually have that EXPERIENCE of VALUE? I don't know how a coach could enroll somebody without actually presenting value to them FIRST. Usually the way that I'll offer this is through a Discovery Session. We run the Discovery Session, where it's not just salesmanship and enrollment, but it's ACTUAL COACHING where they really get a BREAKTHROUGH for themselves, and they can walk away at that point if they choose to. But, now they've got the value. And, they understand why they would pay me ongoingly for coaching. There's one exception where I might not schedule a Discovery Session with someone, which is only when I've actually coached them in the past, and I know they've gotten value from some coaching experience from me to them.
