That’s fair point of view from employee side. The problem arises when employer faces high employee turnover ratio. It’s now a nightmare for HR person to retain people. People now evaluate monetary terms more rather then intrinsic values also people have adopted Multi tasking approach which is also a reason for high turnover ratio. There are expectations from both sides which are working with equal force.
