When we become parents, it is our new opportunity to give a new direction to our lives. Until now we were only the children to our parents. And we have fulfilled their dreams, we got inspiration from them to move forward and excel. But when we become parents it's time to switch the boat....now we have to do things and live life differently to inspire our child to move forward in life and excel. Becoming parents is new birth or we may call it 2nd birth for us. It is time to shift. Here are basic 10 things to change or develop: 1. Overcome all the guilt inside and give it a new direction. 2. Live a holistic and fulfilled life. 3. Live life joyfully and energetically. 4. Take care of physical and mental health for well-being of our family. 5. Learn time-management. 6. This is a reminder to you: The quote in the infographic below really struck a chord with me, and I wanted to share how it relates to the journey of parenthood, especially motherhood. Redefine yourself often. As parents, especially mothers, we go through profound transformations—both visible and unseen. Motherhood itself changes us, and navigating through the ups and downs, including challenges like fertility struggles, can make us feel stuck, different, or disconnected from who we once were. But you don’t have to stay stuck in that old story of who you were, just because it’s comfortable for others. As life changes, so do you. Shed the old layers, release the expectations, and embrace who you are today—and the journey that’s brought you here. This process of redefining yourself isn’t easy. You don’t have to do it alone. Surround yourself with support, with people who remind you of your inner strength, and help you rediscover the parts of yourself that make you feel alive again. Parenthood—and any major life transition—invites us to start over, to reconnect with what serves us now. So if you feel like you’re changing, it’s okay to let go of who you used to be, and embrace the person you are becoming. Your journey, your growth, your spark—it’s all worth celebrating. ✨

One of the most distressing elements of adulthood to me has always been how people operate their lives according to checking boxes and subsequently hiding behind those boxes, i.e. “No time, busy with the kids!” or “No time, work has been crazy busy lately!” I fully understand that your profession and your offspring are ultimately two of the main — probably the two main — things you will define yourself by in waning moments, but I also think there’s a vast ecosystem and landscape of relationships beyond your partner and any potential offspring, biological or not. Every single person in the world currently knows at least one person who is struggling with something — a passing of a loved one, generalized anxiety or depression, feeling alone, “trigger days” like Mother’s Day, etc. If you are reading these words right now, you know at least one person who is struggling. We all do. Reach out to them. And if you aren’t sure who “them” is because you don’t see people struggling in the platform economy, well, reach out to people in general and you’ll find out who’s struggling (and who’s thriving).

Thoughts I've had about having children : 1. Perhaps having kids is the 4th most important aspect of a human birth. The others being : - Spiritual growth. - Taking care of your parents - Giving back to society, through your work. 2. I'm sure that the birth of your kids makes you more responsible. But maybe it also makes you relive your childhood. And therefore makes you dive deeper into your own psyche. 3. Spiritual growth is definitely accelerated if you protect & raise a child. Living for the sake of another human being is one of the greatest things that one can do in a human birth. 4. One needs to be financially, spiritually and biologically ready to bring life into this world. Be aware of "responsibility", before multiple duties become your reality. 5. Having progeny is your chance at the propulsion of your value system into the future. If your kids make the world a better place, you have done your bit for society. 6. Considering where world population demographics currently stand, many believe that a couple should produce more than 2 children. Personally I want more than 2 kids. But not at the cost of the quality of fatherhood I can provide. Time will tell... 7. As I age, I love my parents more with every passing year. I also realise that I carry generational trauma & tendencies that I've inherited from my bloodline. Fatherhood will be my test. What am I passing on to the next generation? What tendencies or trauma will be held back from reaching them? All I can do now is work on being the best version of myself. --- Every stage of adult life throws new challenges your way. If you put your mind to it, you'll become better annually. Study about fatherhood. Study people's mistakes. Visualise a warm reality. Prepare for responsibility.

Secret of Life Let me share you a secret of life. Let me start with being a father of two lovely daughters. Indeed parenthood would reveal every mystery that is to be known in this universe. Well, for a month, I have been writing very passionately about Physics, I was able to write many fascinating stories that takes science fiction to another level. So if you think I was a bit detached to reality, it would be a very good explanation. While was thinking and writing, my daughter caught cold and she was coughing with a mild fever. Yes, I am a spiritual man or I have become that too after becoming a parent. Yes, I would find some correlation between my prayers and blessings my family would receive. For example, there is coincidental evidence if I pray to Allah, my family would safe from life's hardships and diseases. All parents do that and that is why spiritualism is still so powerful act. Believing in Allah and seeking his blessings. Well in a scientific world spiritualism has less and less of a place. But yes at 48 years I am confident that I can always get the blessings of Allah and his prophets (PBUH). So if that is the entire purpose, I should abandon my education and become some kind of a spiritual healer. So would it serve a purpose. My family loves modern values and modern world. My daughters love to dance on KPOP music. They love to eat chocolates and icecreams. They love fast food from McDonalds or a Pizza. They love science and love their english medium school. So when my daughter became sick, it was a reality check for me who was deeply into a world of science fiction. Would all my mystic ideas be of help to my daughter or is it that I need to be earning a living and just go to a medical store and get her a medicine. Now Parenthood is a long job. Every Parent likes to see their Children become adults and live in a world where there is only happiness, prosperity with no disease or impoverishment. What would I do to confirm that. Like every parent I am educating them in a good school and as per what I could afford. What should I do to confirm a very happy and safe future for my daughters. Well to start off, I should provide them with economic stability where we as a family can buy our needs from the market that is made available to us by genius economics of capitalism. But still there is more. Should I transform my spirituality or thinking on science fiction to have more financial resources. But that is just me and my family and it could be a good choice. However, the world is not about me and my daughters. It is about billions of other parents in many lands of this world. So for them, I have a message. Human suffering is always a reality check. What we do next is what matters. And i have to tell nearly all parents, including my parents have been better than me as a parent. They are practical and would ensure their children are safe and healthy and have a good future. 1/

This can make your friendships and relationships better because you learn to trust and feel safe with others. 2. 𝐁𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐅𝐫𝐞𝐞 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐍𝐞𝐠𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐓𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐬 If you hold onto bad feelings about your parents, it can make you think you can’t do certain things. Letting go of these feelings helps you believe in yourself more and try new things without being scared. 3. 𝐔𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐈𝐦𝐚𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐆𝐨𝐨𝐝 When you’re not stuck feeling mad at your parents, you can use your imagination to think about all the good things you want in life. This helps you feel happier and work towards your dreams. 4. 𝐓𝐚𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐠𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐋𝐢𝐟𝐞 Dealing with your feelings about your parents helps you take control of your own life. So deep and truly connecting... This is something every person should learn early in life. This highlights the importance of gaining wisdom and understanding from a young age, emphasizing how foundational these lessons can be for personal growth and a meaningful life.

I don't think people understand the real reason why becoming a parent being difficult. , , Have you asked? Why?  Yes we all know? Why we fail or delay to become a parent? Never worked on self! Living the life as it comes being lethargic and lazy. Never given time for self-care! No rituals no me time. Became workaholic! Run behind targets without maintaining balance. No time for the partner! Never shared the thoughts feelings with him/her, knowing and listen to them. Being a zombie! Thinking for self and not knowing how to nurture and care for the relations! Being irresponsible! Not knowing why went into relationship without any purpose! All above things seem normal, let’s ignore and move ahead! Is it like that way? If yes, then you are delaying the journey becoming a parent. No, these are some of the things I went through and waited for seven long years becoming a parent. Frustrated, overwhelmed, not knowing what is destined? But when I started my spiritual journey in 2017, I started getting aware of the facts to get aligned with the inner self. This gave me the clarity of what things is to be and how am I doing them till then! Everything has it’s time we all listen from the ancestors and guru’s. But the time is now parents. Take charge, have the belief in self and start healing not only self but the family and environment. You will find the shift of energies that will stand beside you and help you get aligned on the journey towards a nurturing parenthood!
