The newly released Mercer Global Talent Trends survey shows that 1,929 global HR leaders see gaining more Digital skills as one of the talent top challenges. Of 845 global C-Suite Executives only 1 in 2 think they have the talent model to capture growth. They also state they want to invest in AI and Automation, reskilling and digital transformation to increase productivity and save cost.
