Spend 5X the time learning about your prospects than you do learning about your product. Your prospect doesn't give a sh*t about you, your product or your service. The only thing they care about is if you can help them. ❌ Crap demos showcase the best features ✅ Amazing demos prove which features will solve a specific problem ❌ Crap discoveries focus on BANT and other useless sales frameworks. ✅ Amazing discoveries focus on whether or not you can teach the prospect something about their business. it's not about you.

Focus on having conversations rather than the outcome If you center the conversation on how you can help the prospect and talking through where your solution would fit in for them ; it’s naturally going to help you come off as less desperate and also more genuine Prospects know when you’re just trying to tell them what they want to hear If you’re focused on having a good conversation and building a tailored use case for them, this is going to turn into prospects being the ones that ask you when they can set up a meeting or even asking how they can sign up for your product; rather than you having to ask them for it
