Very excited about this amazing partnership with Working for Women and Impact Table. It is such important work to support nonprofit employees as we know 50% (YES! WHAT?!) are at risk of burn out! I am so looking forward to supporting even more leaders and employees, whether nonprofit or corporate, and would love to chat with YOU if your employees and teams would benefit. DM or email me and let's talk: [email protected]
Did you know? 50% of nonprofit employees are either burnt out or in danger of burning out, one in two organizations cite a lack of development and growth opportunities as the reason why leaders leave their organizations, and nearly 70% of C-suite leaders are seriously considering quitting for a job that better supports their well-being. We can do better for the leaders who support our communities. We can and we must. We're thrilled to be announcing a pilot program in partnership with Working for Women to address these issues head-on. Through this partnership, Impact Table and Working for Women are forging a new and much-needed approach to supporting women leaders in social impact with a leadership accelerator program and access to all Impact Table offerings made available to all Working for Women nonprofit partners. Until now, the Impact Table has been only available through an open enrollment model for individuals, so the group accelerator model is an exciting opportunity for both Impact Table and Working for Women to demonstrate how, through partnership, we can create an even more expansive ripple of impact by addressing the critical needs of connection, support, and ongoing growth that women have. Through this partnership and the visionary leadership of Marssie Versola and Beth Bengtson, we're initiating solution-based thinking and direct action to a critical issue affecting the sector and those who choose to be a part of it. 🔗 https://lnkd.in/gwzpUPCj #CollectiveImpact #ImpactTable #WorkingforWomen

About a month ago, during a Rotary Club of Global Impact meeting, my friend, business partner, and mentor, Martin Christopher Mongiello, Founding member and First President of our club, surprised me by nominating me for the club presidency for 2026–2027. With all my commitments, taking on this role seemed daunting. However, a quote by George Addair struck me: "Everything you've ever wanted is on the other side of fear." This inspired me to embrace the opportunity. As a founding member and Digital Image Public Officer for the club, I've witnessed the potential impact of stepping into this leadership role. It became clear that accepting this challenge was the right choice. With my campaign in full swing, I outlined a vision focusing on boosting revenue, fostering business development, and investing in AI-driven marketing to expand globally. Community service remains central, and I’m eager to enhance our involvement. In the election, remarkable candidates Brittini Flatley and Shanker Damodaran stood alongside me. Their dedication and passion reflect the spirit of service we cherish. The votes were finalized on November 11th, and during our meeting the next day, I was honored to be announced as President of the Rotary Club of Global Impact for the 2026–2027 term. This moment was both humbling and exhilarating. It's a privilege to serve such a dynamic community. As I step into this role, I'm committed to our club’s financial independence and the development of strategies to empower our members. Embracing cutting-edge technology, especially AI-driven marketing, will be pivotal in extending our reach. At the heart of it all is community service, where we will make meaningful contributions locally and globally. I invite all my LinkedIn connections to discover the Rotary Club of Global Impact. Whether supporting our current President, Patricia Freudenberg, offering insights to our incoming President, Ritu G. Chopra, or joining me when I take the helm in 2026, your involvement is invaluable. Together, I know that we can drive positive change and uphold our club's innovative and service-driven values. Let’s connect, collaborate, and create a brighter future! #RCOGI #RotaryClub #Leadership #CommunityService #AIinMarketing #GlobalImpact #BusinessDevelopment #DigitalInnovation #ServiceAboveSelf #NonProfitLeadership #FutureLeaders #Empowerment #GlobalCommunity #Innovation #StrategicGrowth #Volunteerism

Here are a few notable remarks shared by Carmen Correa, Chief Executive Officer, Pro Mujer, during yesterday's Digital Skills & Leadership Plenary. "We’ve learned that adapting digital products and services to the specific context of the communities we work with is essential. At the same time, it’s crucial to train the women we serve on how to use these tools. For indigenous and rural communities, this means not only customizing the platforms but also empowering women within the community to train others. Without considering the local context, you may have the tools but either reach only a few users or miss the target audience altogether." NetHope is advancing sustained digital transformation across the sector by going beyond basic digital literacy to accelerate digital understanding, capabilities and leadership at the strategic and intermediate levels our Members— and their communities—need to thrive. Through the years, we’ve witnessed both the potential and pitfalls of technology. By collaborating with leading NGOs and tech partners, we’ve developed the strategic framework addressing critical digital needs: skills, inclusion, protractions, innovation, and resilience. In response to this framework, we created the NetHope Digital Leadership Institute (NDLI), an online learning platform dedicated to empowering individuals and organizations to thrive in today's rapidly evolving digital landscape: https://lnkd.in/dTpDtbgJ This 12-week course delivered by the NetHope Digital Leadership Institute, offers senior leaders a chance to work individually and collaboratively to identify real solutions they’re facing in their organizations and work towards sustainable solutions. Great article from ImpactMatch with insights into how to transition into a non-executive board role. Take a read! ⬇ And you can keep an eye on the WIBF jobs board for board roles here - https://lnkd.in/ewvYTWzA #NEDs #BoardRoles
We were inspired to write this article after being honoured to be asked to stand in by Beverley Brown FRSA and introduced a Women in Banking and Finance - UK (WIBF) senior leaders event last week at KPMG. Many thanks to the brilliant Neeta Mundra the Head of Senior Business Leaders group for asking me to stand in at WIBF and Enya Gubbins at WIBF for organising such a fantastic event. Also wanted to thank our brilliant ImpactMatch Friend Zoe Lewis for zipping around London with us and attending too :-) At this event, we learned valuable insights that could help those aspiring to join non-executive boards and special thanks to Mita Davé KPMG for hosting, Kerry O'Callaghan for chairing and to all the wonderful people we met, including the panellists Judith Eden, Alexandra Loydon née Webster, and Sophia Moreau whose bios are at the bottom of this article. https://lnkd.in/eDiDSxKC #ImpactThatMatters #Board
