This is a great list, Samira Searcy, CPO, NDCCDP, MSML. I have been paying more attention to these qualities as I get closer to the end of my military career. Strong leadership and alignment with values are key, and they are at the top of my list. The military has been able to provide these qualities for the past 26 years, and I hope the companies I join post-military continue to support these. Thanks for sharing!
