I’ve seen this happen to countless startups and innovation teams over the years. Great product. Solid design. Strong functionality. Something the team is proud of. When it comes to the buyer? They're about as interested as a cat at a dog show. After enough conversations that go nowhere, it starts to feel like you’re stuck in a never-ending loop. "Call us when you get some traction," or "when you are further down the road, let us know." You can have all the right tools but be aiming at the wrong targets. When you know where to aim, everything gets easier. Suddenly, the right customers don’t seem so impossible to find. I’m stepping into a new chapter, and while I can’t share all the details just yet, the future of #GTMinnovation and #sales is about to get a lot more interesting. Stay tuned... P.S.
