Drawing from the competition, my own experiences, user interviews, and online feedback, I developed and launched my first version 🚀 As I'm still pinpointing my perfect persona and fine-tuning the language, I managed to find my first real user 👏 It started with me interviewing a product manager for feedback on my landing page. One thing led to another, and he wanted to start using it. But then... the questions came: - Do you have Zendesk integration? => Uhmm... not yet. - Can I get alerted on spikes? => Uhmm... not yet. - What are these tags? - Sentiment is very important, how can we track this in detail? First thought: They don't see the value 😱 Second thought: Let's iterate to create value ASAP 💡 Zendesk integrated ✅ Alerts integrated ✅ Tags V2 ✅ Improved Sentiment Analysis Integrated ✅ Although we're still not there, we're going into our 5th conversation 🤯 All for a product they're not getting absolute value from, but they believe in the vision!
