It’s fascinating how we’re redefining human connection and collaboration. Historically, humans were limited to close circles of about 150 people—a limit known as Dunbar's number. Today, though, people come together in far larger groups, all driven by shared values and higher goals. I assume, many would agree that it is an imperative to build a #collective in a space (teams, organisation, groups etc)... as this exhibits the aspects of being 'one unit' that is #collaborative and #inclusive. However, I wonder to build a collective what would matter that will have the utmost impact - A dialogue or a discussion? Or perhaps, How are these two different? If a group engages in a dialogue and another group engages in a discussion, what will be similar and different? What do you think?

Each person navigates challenges uniquely, with their own rhythm and pace. Recognizing and respecting these individual approaches is key to fostering a supportive environment. Whether it's taking a moment to brainstorm alone, seeking feedback from peers, or diving straight into action, there's no one-size-fits-all strategy.
