"Start small." Pretty much everything should start that way, right? 🙂 It's easy to start with a simple idea, and then: 1. Add in Sam's really good idea 2. Oh, but Bob came up with a great idea, let's tack that in as well 3. If we include XYZ, we can target an extra market. Let's do that too! And now the to-do list is a mile long and the project won't ever get done (or may never get started). You have to hit it with the Simple Stick. And that includes AI rollouts too.
