AI is transforming the recruitment industry, freeing up my time by handling the more mundane tasks, and allowing me to focus on what truly matters - people. I've seen how AI can streamline processes, allowing leaders to focus on the more human aspects, like building relationships. Leaders in any business need to embrace change. 5mo"Start small." Pretty much everything should start that way, right? 🙂 It's easy to start with a simple idea, and then: 1. Add in Sam's really good idea 2. Oh, but Bob came up with a great idea, let's tack that in as well 3. If we include XYZ, we can target an extra market. Let's do that too! And now the to-do list is a mile long and the project won't ever get done (or may never get started). You have to hit it with the Simple Stick. And that includes AI rollouts too.
