The Consumer Technology Association planned and co-hosted along with Harvard Medical School, a health AI symposium on the campus of the medical school, bringing together the research, tech, provider, health system, policy, and academic communities. Many thanks to Laura Adams, Ami Bhatt, MD, and Samantha Lemos for all of their help in making the event such a success. I came away from the conference with the notion that we know enough to know that we don't know - to paraphrase the great music producer Rick Rubin. Among issues discussed were how AI is impacting providers, the changing clinician-provider relationship, equity, the role startups are playing in the AI ecosystem, and the incredible impact Gen AI is already having and will continue to have on the healthcare system. We also discussed the many real challenges with the use of AI in healthcare. Many thanks to all those who attended. And kudos to all of our great speakers: Isaac Kohane, Lee Schwamm, MD, Brian Anderson, MD, Dale Van Demark, Stephen Klasko, Liz Kwo, Nikhil Bhojwani, Randi Seigel, Gaurav Manchanda, Pranav Kuber, Kerri Conn Haresign, Nicki Augustyn, CAE, Vinay Seth Mohta, Chris Gibbons, MD, MPH, Katie Drasser, Salim Afshar, MD, DMD, FACS, Nele Jessel, MD, Lisa Gualtieri, Tom Cassels, Jeremy Sherer, and Jared Conley, MD, PhD, MPH. #healthAI #digitalhealth
What a day and what an impressive crowd. I learned a ton. Innovators in Miami - we are coming to you next!
Thanks for having me. It was a privilege to share the stage with this group and I learned a lot from the lively conversations that we had. Loved that several panels had some healthy disagreements to sort through.
We brought the fire 🔥for you in our panel René! 😀Thanks for pulling us all together for this.

And thank you for the opportunity to speak with Nikhil Bhojwani, Liz Kwo and the irrepressible Stephen Klasko. Lots of great conversations on the panels and in the hallways.
Curious to hear any thoughts on “AI trust and assurance software suite," that automates data collection and mapping to provide near real-time metrics and analysis on AI models https://github.com/epic-open-source/seismometer
