My coaching sessions help overworked Senior Associates by giving them the opportunity to discuss their challenges in confidence. By exploring their challenges, we can identify new opportunities to be productive, improve wellbeing, and even find time to enjoy with family and friends. Doesn’t that sound nice? All of this is achievable through coaching. DM me and let’s discuss how I can help you get there.

Unlocking Your Purpose: Is Your Life Compass Calibrated? Living a life true to yourself, fueled by purpose - Isn't that what we all crave? During the last two years, I have been training as an individual and team coach, and one question that has popped up in my mind is: How can I help my coachees be aware of how close they are to their purpose? How can I show them what is empowering and limiting them? Today, Albert Alabau, Maria José Parera Vilamala, and I are happy to share an experiment, the Life Compass assessment, building on the leadership circle profile academic research. This 4-minute assessment reveals how aligned you are with your purpose and empowers you to break free from your limiting beliefs and fears. By answering it… 🎯 You will know how aligned you are with your purpose ✍ You will help us test and improve the academic validity of the survey, which I will greatly appreciate! :) The survey link is: https://rb.gy/8xcrt3. You will receive a detailed report with your score shortly after (we need some time to process the data). Thanks a lot for your support! Have a great weekend! #purpose #coaching #personaldevelopment #leadershipdevelopment

Outdoor Coaching is like being a Stay-at-Home Dad: loads of people talk about how great it would be ... and don't do it. I did 3.5 years of Daddy Daycare and it was AWESOME. During that time and after, loads of dads spoke to me and said, "Oh, I would love to do that." Yet, none did. Outdoor Coaching. You know the benefits of coaching and being outdoors, yet keep away from both. Is it any different to saying, 'Yeah, I know smoking is bad for you,' as you puff away? (On a positive note, at least nowadays that will almost certainly be outdoors!!! 🤣 ) As Master Yoda said, "Do or do not. There is no try." And, you know what, he was outside when he said it. In a swamp on Dagobah, yes, but still outside. The outdoors doesn't have to feel like Dagobah; it is just one step outside of your door. Get outside. Get coaching. Get going! www.slowcoaching.uk

Often the very things we avoid hold the key to our greatest learnings, growth and fulfillment🌱 The islands we most don't want to go to are the ones our shipwrecks push us towards. The dragon we don't want to face is the same dragon that is guarding the gold we so desire. If you keep coming up against the same things over & over again consider that it may simply mean: '𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗱𝗶𝗱𝗻'𝘁 𝗴𝗲𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝘂𝗹𝗹 𝗺𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝘆𝗲𝘁.' Be patient. Be kind. Be curious. Slow down and listen. 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗺𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘆𝗼𝘂? Happy Friday folks🌱 In your corner, coach Maria Working with me—whether through 1:1 bespoke coaching or my fall 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗴𝘁𝗵𝘀 & 𝗦𝗼𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗰𝘀 program 🍂—offers a chance to do just that. The best part about coaching is the moment when someone feels seen and understood. You can practically see the stress leave their shoulders & hear the excitement increase in their voice. It’s even better when it happens in group coaching with their peers. The collective, “OH, that!” Followed by ways to set each other up for success. 🙌🏼 It’s one moment, and the impact is noticeable. Has anyone else experienced it?
