6mobut how? USA is giving grants and subsidies of 75 bn and China $ 50 bn. Its a big boys game as its very capita intensive and gestation periods are long. its not a typical VC play. Btw long back, there was semiconductor complex in Mohali which had chip fabrication plant. There was a fire and then they never made it operational again.
