My first 2 weeks at FOREO are behind me. So I'm starting week 3 with a small summary of how it works here and what you may encounter when starting work at FOREO. :) First of all: 𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 Although each country has a different culture, at FOREO, regardless of the country in which the branch is located, everyone is open, warm and ready to introduce you and support you in your first days. 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲 Whether in Poland or around the world, FOREO creates a community of people who like each other and spend time together. That's why we organize various types of integrations! Despite a gradual decline in its share of total employment, public sector jobs in Gozo remain strong and outpace those in mainland Malta. Over-reliance on public sector jobs could create distortionary effects including inefficient resource allocation and lower worker productivity. Thus to foster sustainable growth, Gozo should prioritize initiatives that create medium to high-skilled private sector jobs.

We just analyzed 30,000 job seeker conversations on Turazo. What we found sheds a lot of light on candidates' motivations when joining a company. 49% of candidates expressly said they wanted to know more about company culture. (Measured by express interest in culture). That's to say, at least half of Turazo users are trying to get the "inside scoop" on a company culture before they join. Pair this with Employ's 2024 data: Aside from compensation, company culture is responsible for 27% of employees leaving a position. And we have an increasingly clear picture about the value of culture and transparency for employers. #cultureforward #talent #DEI
