Because 1️⃣ I love it; 2️⃣ My job kind of requires it 😜 Transitioning into B2B marketing has been an exciting challenge, making me think more carefully about every decision and every little post on social media. One topic that's really made me think is the debate around posting selfies and featuring employees on LinkedIn. I’ve seen comments like "selfies aren't a strategy" or "random employee photos don’t belong on LinkedIn." Well, I have to disagree! 🙅♂️ In every company—B2B included—products matter, but the story behind them is just as important. We’re not just about what we sell; we’re about the people who create, produce, and manage those products. People connect with people, and sharing our employees stories is a powerful way to make our brand more relatable and genuine. People love stories! So, with that in mind, we’ve launched a new series "𝐌𝐔𝐕𝐔'𝐬 𝐁𝐞𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐒𝐜𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐬" to highlight our employees! We kicked it off yesterday, and I can’t wait for you all to see it.
