Prioritize *extreme humanism* for these complex turbulent times (ht to Tom Peters for the phrase) Go upstream and start to proactively train #EmergingLeaders, instead of waiting until people are put in manager roles! Start them thinking actively early, honing skills to facilitate difficult conversations, give feedback and the like. Let's GO. Does your organization have a robust leadership development #strategy?
