I have massive respect for Colin McDonnell's work on Zod, and Bun. To hear that he's in awe of our #devrel is indescribable. We've made (and are making) so many mistakes, but we've also learned loads. Here's a few takeaways👇 - Don't seriously invest in branding until you have PMF: There's a lot of good templates you can use in the meantime. Without clearly understanding your buyer and your product's relationship to them, you can't effectively create your brand. - Anecdotes > Data: Ask everyone how they found you. It can be a lot more complicated than what the referrer URL shows. - Distribution is as important as content creation: if you write they will come, doesn't really work. Budget more time than you think wise for content distribution. - Docs are equally important as blog posts: we don't really distinguish between the two from a content creation standpoint. They are held to the same quality bar. Where something lives is really just related to its intended purpose and relationship with the product. I'm sure there will be loads more learnings in a few months time, so I'll keep noting them as we go.

5 ways I use Taplio to write posts. 1. Give me an idea 2. Swipe 3. Finish/improve my post 4. Find a hook 5. Add a CTA Sometimes I do none of these (just like today 😉) Ok. Fine! This time I'm using the image genrator, you caught me! Anyway... What's your favorite tool for posting? Share your hacks below 👇

A new guide just dropped in continuation of our Webhook guides series. Webhook retries are a very common topic, but what I like about this piece is that we tried to compare retry strategies specifically for webhooks and provided a framework for reasoning about them for your webhooks. I hope you enjoy reading it, and I am happy to take your feedback! Full link in the comments below!

Simple, but crazy-helpful if you didn't know. (And I didn't.) People often share valuable slideshows on LinkedIn, but I never knew how to download them for later reference. And once I've scrolled away, it's lost to the algorithm forever... Turns out, downloading is easy — just hidden. See my own slideshow below for how. Enjoy! --- If this was helpful, please share, comment or give me a "Lightbulb" reaction. ('cause that's the name of my company)

Dream scenario: a salesperson on a call with a prospect able to say, "We have a customer just like you who loves our product." Soooo... how do you make that dream scenario happen? Giving your salespeople a specific (but condensed!) version of every case study you produce. Instead of a 1200-word manifesto, hand your salespeople a one-pager that covers: 🧡 What the client does 🧡 What products/services/features of yours they use 🧡 Why they chose your tool 🧡 What they love about it now 🧡 Any business outcomes they've seen from it 60-second read. Dream scenario fulfilled. 💜🧡 I'm Em, the founder of StackCat Content. I help you use your content assets better (so they don't get moldy and gross in your resource section).

9moYes to PMF > branding. Too many pre PMF startups waste tens of thousands of dollars and hours of founders time on website redesign when they should be talking to customers
